“义理无定在，无穷尽。吾与子言，不可以少有所得，而遂谓止此也。再言之十年、二十年、五十年，未有止也。”他日，又曰：“圣如尧、舜，然尧、舜之上善无尽；恶如桀、纣，然桀、纣之下恶无尽。使桀、纣未死，恶宁止此乎？使善有尽时，文王何以‘望道而未之见’？”
