凡皮属土，土必厚实，方可滋生万物。肉必盈润，肉有血气为荣，一身皮薄，何能荣生？皮急寿短，皮宽寿长，小儿皮急，非长寿也。又云：皮急皮粗最不宜，何曾此辈立家其，下贱愚顽多破耗，四九之前寿必归。
