凡行欲正直昂然，不可偏歪曲屈。步欲润，头欲直，腰欲挺、胸欲硬。凡偏体摇头，蛇行雀步，腰折顶歪，俱不好之格。
诗曰：行如流水步行来，体直头品身项停，
若是摇头过步者，田园败尽老来贫。
