趺阳脉浮而濇，少阴脉如经也，其病在脾，法当下利。何以知之？若脉浮大者，气实血虚也。今趺阳脉浮而濇，故知脾气不足，胃气虚也。以少阴脉弦而浮，才见此为调脉，故称如经也。若反滑而数者，故知当屎脓也。
