问曰：经说脉有三菽、六菽重者，何谓也？师曰：脉者人以指按之，如三菽之重者，肺气也；如六菽之重者，心气也；如九菽之重者，脾气也；如十二菽之重者，肝气也；按之至骨者，肾气也。假令下利，寸口、关上、尺中悉不见脉，然尺中时一小见，脉再举头者，肾气也。若见损脉来至，为难治。
