夫欲候知四时正气为病，及时行疫气之法，皆当按斗历占之。九月霜降节后，宜渐寒，向冬大寒，至正月雨水节后，宜解也。所以谓之雨水者，以冰雪解而为雨水故也。至惊蛰二月节后，气渐和暖，向夏大热，至秋便凉。
