天顶为景阳，天仓为太阳，后脑为后阳，天灵为灵阳（女无此官），左右目角为华阳，此乃六阳。还有二十四骨，各有一名，为二十四气，故头为一身之主，不可欠缺，偏陷歪斜薄削此数者有一件，乃破相也。最要平圆，骨起角，角有成，主为有用，六阳之中，如一阳不成，亦不取用。
